Bella Rosa Beauty Studio is a beauty salon in De Pijp, Amsterdam. We do nails, hair and laser treatments, with fixed prices published on the website in advance. We serve both Dutch and international clients, in Nederlands, English, Español.
Amsterdam is a city where people from all over the world live — often for a few years, sometimes for good. What struck us while working in other salons was that international clients frequently didn't get the service they deserved. Not through unwillingness, but because there simply wasn't the time or the shared language to calmly explain what a treatment involves, how long it takes and what it costs.
So we do it differently. Every price is on the website, including VAT. Every treatment starts with a consultation where we discuss what you want and what's realistic. And there is always someone who can serve you in English — or Dutch, or Spanish. That last part isn't a bonus feature; it's the baseline.
We have three specialisms: nails, hair and laser treatments. That combination is deliberate. Many clients combine treatments in one visit — a cut followed straight away by gel polish, or a laser appointment followed by nails. Having everything under one roof means you make one trip instead of two.
Our laser and skin treatments are carried out by specialists registered with a recognised quality register. Laser and IPL are not reserved procedures in the Netherlands, so a beautician is permitted to perform them — but we believe you should be able to prove your competence, not just claim it.
We work by appointment with generous time slots, so a treatment never has to be rushed. You choose your specialist when you book, and we keep your preferences on file — the colour formula, the length, the shape — so the result stays consistent.
Online booking is our default, not an add-on. You can pick a time 24 hours a day, including when we're closed. That isn't just easier for you; it means you get confirmation immediately and we can remind you 24 hours beforehand.

Founder & nail specialist
I'm Rosa and I've run Bella Rosa since it opened. Nails are my craft: I most enjoy gel polish and fine hand-painted nail art, because that's where precision makes the difference. I also handle consultations for new clients.
Senior hair stylist
I do cutting, colour and balayage. I like working with natural, softly growing-out colour that doesn't need refreshing every six weeks. In the consultation I always look at your hair type and your routine, because a cut has to work at home too.
Laser and skin specialist
I handle the laser treatments: hair removal and skin rejuvenation. I always carry out a consultation with skin analysis first, because the settings have to be right for your skin type and tone. I'd rather be honest about what's achievable than promise something that isn't.
