Terms and conditions

Terms and conditions

These terms apply to all appointments and treatments at Bella Rosa. They describe how booking and rescheduling work, how payment is handled, what you can expect from us, and how to file a complaint.

Last updated: October 2026

Appointments and confirmation

An appointment is formed once you have sent a request and we have confirmed it. Your request sets out the treatment, the specialist, your preferred date and your contact details; we let you know whether that time works or suggest an alternative. If anything is incorrect, contact us within 24 hours.

We allow generous time slots. If you arrive more than fifteen minutes late, we may not be able to complete the treatment within the reserved time, or may need to shorten it.

Rescheduling and cancellation

Rescheduling or cancelling is free up to 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours we charge 50% of the treatment price, because the reserved time can no longer reasonably be filled. If you don't show up without notice, we charge 100% of the treatment price.

Separate arrangements apply to laser series and weddings, because these involve multiple time slots or preparation. We agree those upfront and record them in writing.

Prices and payment

All prices on the website are in euros and include VAT. For treatments marked "from", you get a fixed quote during the consultation. We don't change prices during a treatment without your agreement.

You can pay by card, iDEAL or cash. Corporate clients receive an invoice with a fourteen-day payment term. For a series of treatments you can pay per treatment or for the whole series at once.

What you can expect from us

We perform treatments according to the applicable hygiene and quality requirements. For treatments covered by the Dutch Wkkgz, such as laser treatments, we work with a consultation in advance, a test treatment where appropriate, and a written record of the treatment.

We're honest about what a treatment can and cannot do. Results vary between individuals and depend on factors such as skin type, hair growth, hormones and aftercare at home. Where results can vary, we say so upfront — we cannot guarantee a fixed outcome.

We treat your information confidentially. Whatever is discussed in the salon stays there.

Liability

We are liable for damage resulting from a failure in performing a treatment, insofar as it is attributable to us. Our liability is limited to the amount our business insurance pays out in the case concerned.

We are not liable for damage arising from not following our aftercare advice, from withholding relevant medical information or allergies, or from removing nail products yourself.

Complaints

If you're not satisfied with something, raise it with us first. Let us know by email or phone and we'll look for a solution together — usually we can correct a treatment at no charge.

If we can't resolve it, then for treatments covered by the Wkkgz you can file a complaint with the disputes body we are affiliated with, or with the National Healthcare Report Centre (Landelijk Meldpunt Zorg). For other complaints you can contact the Dutch Disputes Committee (Geschillencommissie).

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless the law mandatorily provides otherwise.
