For parents with little daytime flexibility: treatments that start on time and finish on time, early slots from 09:00, and the option to combine nails and hair in a single visit. You come in, and you're back out.
Between the school run, work and everything in between, a salon visit is something you have to fit in — not something you set aside an afternoon for. So we schedule to the minute and we keep to it. If your appointment starts at 09:00, you're back outside by 09:45.
Combining treatments saves you a second trip. A cut plus gel polish in one ninety-minute visit is often more practical than two separate appointments in two different weeks. Tell us what you want when booking and we'll place them back to back in the diary.
We understand things come up. If you can't make it, let us know at least 24 hours ahead and we'll move your appointment at no charge. That keeps it workable for everyone.

Frequently asked questions
Are prices fixed, or can they vary?
The prices on our website are fixed and include VAT. Only for treatments marked "from" — such as balayage or laser — does the price depend on length, the amount of work or the area treated. In those cases you get a fixed quote during the consultation, so there's never a surprise on the bill.
What if I need to move my appointment?
Let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we'll move your appointment at no charge. For cancellations within 24 hours we charge 50% of the treatment price, because the reserved time can no longer be filled. Separate terms apply to laser series and weddings; we agree those upfront.
How do I book an appointment?
Use the "Book now" button on any page to build your appointment: treatment, specialist and your preferred date and part of the day. You'll see the price and how long it takes as you go, and you send the request in one tap by WhatsApp or email. You can do that 24 hours a day — including evenings and weekends. We confirm personally, usually within a couple of hours.
What happens on a first visit?
On a first visit we always allow time for a short consultation. We discuss what you want, look at your hair or skin, and where relevant carry out an allergy test or test treatment. You don't need to bring anything. For colour treatments the patch test must happen at least 48 hours beforehand, so plan for that.
