What it treats

The treatment addresses visible signs of sun damage and ageing: pigmentation spots, uneven tone, fine lines and enlarged pores. The light warms the upper layers of the skin, after which the skin renews itself over the following weeks and looks more even. Most clients choose a course of three to five treatments, four weeks apart, because the result builds gradually. After a course the skin often looks more even and firmer. What's achievable varies widely by skin type and person; during the consultation we assess what's realistic for your skin.

Not a miracle treatment

We'd rather be honest upfront than have you disappointed later. Laser rejuvenation softens and evens out, but it does not remove deep wrinkles or replace a surgical lift. Nor is it a one-off: without sun protection, pigmentation returns. So we always pair the treatment with advice on sunscreen and at-home skincare, because that's what extends the effect most. Smoking and hormonal changes influence the result too. During the consultation we discuss what you can reasonably expect, so you can make an informed choice — and we'll say so if a different treatment suits you better.
